wxAUI floating panels always on top of main frame?

I noticed that floating panels are always on top, that is, if a floating
panel overlaps the main frame, it always appears on top, even if I click on
the main frame to give it focus. Is there anyway to have the main frame
show above the floating panels if they overlap?
