GSoC Student Proposal Deadline in 24 Hours

Just a friendly reminder that students have 24 hours left to submit
their proposals for the Google Summer of Code program.

If you have been waiting to do improvements on your proposal before
submitting it, I would highly suggest you submit it now so you can get
some feedback from mentors. You can continue to make edits to your
proposal right up until the deadline in 24 hours. If you wait until
the very last minute, we won't be able to help you improve your
proposal.

For some last minute tips:

- Structure your proposal in detail using the application template we
have provided.
- Go into as much detail as possible in your schedule of deliverables,
breaking down your project into weekly goals. Monthly goals aren't
very helpful.
- Be as clear as possible about your other obligations during the
program. We understand that not all students have the full 3 months or
so available to work on it, but we need to know when school or other
plans are going to prevent you from doing so.
